Summary: Great hotel, conveniently located to visit the old town

Summary: Unclean room, worn out furniture with dirt marks. King size bed is actually two adjacent beds. not worth the deluxe room upgrade… Breakfast didn’t even have orange juice (the fancy computerized machine dispensed tainted water only because the OJ syrup (!) container was empty) When we notified staff, the eventually just turned off the option on the machine. I had to ask three times for orange juice, after they had been claiming twice that they had no other option than the syrup machine. we finally got good orange juice from the kitchen… Not worth paying $25 each for this experience. The pool is nice and relatively warm.

Summary: It's in a nice quiet area but perhaps a little too quiet. It's not too far to the inner city but you do have to walk a fair bit or get a taxi to get to the local bars or if you wanted to eat out.

Summary: Poor quality of room service and POOR Menu which we had to send back Staff has an attitude that they do not make errors so we had big arguments about wrongly prepared food
